Description
Blonde Brow by RefectoCil is a gentle blonde paste that bleaches dark and grey eyebrows. The results last for up to 6 weeks and is smudge-proof and waterproof.
Directions for use:
- Mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20 - 25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% for 2 minutes until a creamy consistency is formed.
- Apply the mixture to the brows.
- Remove with a cotton pad.
Application time:
- 5 minutes - 1 shade lighter
- 12 minutes - 2 shades lighter
- 20 minutes - 3 shades lighter
