The RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3 % (10 VOL) intensifies the shades of the lashes and brows, ensuring excellent results. The creamy texture is easy to mix and apply.
Application:
- Mix 15 - 20 drops in the lash and brow tint and mix until a uniform paste is formed.
- Apply to the lashes and/or brows with precision.
- Exposure time for lashes: 10 minutes.
- Exposure time for brows: 5 - 10 minutes.
- Wipe clean with a cotton pad.
Sufficient for about 150 applications.
